I have been practicing massage and energy work since 1998, and I'd love to be part of your healing and self care practice.

I earned my first certification in 1998, in Zen Shiatsu at the Healing Arts Center in St. Louis and several years later went back to The Healing Arts Center in 2007 for my 600 hour certification.   Because I believe in treating mind, body, and spirit in concert, I combine  various modalities of massage in each session.

Green Room Massage and Energy Work was born in 2006 in the green room at the Pageant, a concert venue and nightclub in the Delmar Loop, and I've been the resident masseuse for Pageant bands and employees ever since. Those pre- and post-show massages for keyed-up musicians led to bodywork at many other music venues in the St. Louis area and I've worked with hundreds of bands over the years and love doing festivals whenever possible. 

My South City location -- in the same building as Blue Sky Yoga and The Brand Demarque Salon and is the perfect refuge from a busy life. I hope you'll reserve a session with me today.
